There is a lot to take in and chew on here, Veronika, chiefly because we humans through the auspicies of the medical system have been conditioned to look at our minds and bodies as two seperate distinct entities. Moreover, healing is also viewed as distinct, that there are different modes of healing for the body and for the mind.
Even though there is much tall about holistic medicine and there is much talk of an integrative approach, the medical practioners still resort and fall back on the old ways, with similar results. I know this from both decades of personal experience and from what my wife, a nurse training to be a nurse practioner, recounts to me.
That you turn many of these ideas and ways on its head, I find a positive trend. We know that healing the mind through pharmaceuticals are terribly limiting and often harmful, chiefly because our minds are not machines. like computers are.
We humans are living beings, with consciousness, memories, traumas and, yes, potential; and so much of what you described in this excellent, thought-provoking essay.
Again, our observations and connections to Nature will help us become the human beings we were always meant to be.
Thank you so much, Perry for this insightful comment ❤️ 🙏
The dilemma you are describing and referring to here, I now tend to sum up in one word (or two): anthropocentric mindset.
The anthropocentric perspective views the body and mind as separate. It also separates the process of healing from the process of creating. It can only see the world and human life in terms of duality. It categorises the world in terms of hierarchy, and separates humans from nature (because some clever bugger influencers a couple of hundred years ago thought that was a bright idea).
Nowadays even 'alternative practitioners' often have difficulties extracting themselves from the anthropocentric ways of thinking. (I know because I trained as one of them) What they refer to as 'alternative' and 'integrative' is often just another version of the same old same old ~ or 'moving the deckchairs on the Titanic', as my therapist used to call it.
Synchronosophy is an attempt to explain human experience and individual human Consciousness (IHC) from the perspective of humans as 'living beings who are part of nature' (surprise! 😎). Over the years I have developed an understanding that explains IHC as a living organism, and in this book I have tried to explain in some detail what that means...
I know it's a lot to take in. On the other hand, it's a remembering of what humans once knew to be true, and my writing is a way of explaining this in contemporary language, presenting the 'symbiocentric mindset'. I'm so glad it resonates with you! 🩵 🙏 🦜
Oh my! Why does knowing this as the final chapter excite me, and also fill me with a “what’s next ?” - please don’t stop nervous gut drop? I will spend today getting lost in all of the spaces between the words. Under the words. Inside the words. Exploring. Thank you so much Veronika!
Your feedback and reflections warm and fill my writer's heart, Jamie! 💗🙏
You are quite right... to ask 'what's next?'
"The ceremony is ending ~ the next one is just beginning." As they say in native American medicine teachings.
There is so much more I could write (and most likely will at some point). For the immediate 'next' I have an epilogue and an introductory chapter planned. But before those, probably a Synchronosophy Café Session. What do you think?
There is so much here. In every chapter. In every subchapter. The application part, and connecting all the dots is a Practice. Heal, Whole, Holy. Yes to some practical sessions or Q and A Cafes. 🙏❤️
Yeah, I've been dithering about this, but your feedback gives me reassurance that some practical sessions together would be a good idea... So thank you for that 🙏 💕
My Inner Genius is already buzzing with ideas, so I better get on with planning our first 'Concilium Session' for next weekend. If you have any specific Qs or suggestions, send them over, or keep them safe till then...
Looking forward to catching up with you ~ and all who respond to the invitation ~ on a virtual Portuguese beach ˚˖𓍢ִִ໋🌊🦈˚˖𓍢ִ✧˚.
Well, I love the sound of that! I’ll be snowshoeing next weekend into the bush of a wild Canadian Winter. I’ll jump on if I can next weekend or anytime in the future. I’d love to see application, examples and just ways to think through it just like you did with the 64 boxes. I love to see the map and how it all connects. Then being able to apply life’s experience seems to have not a recipe, but a framework. The Noctarine makes sense in a deeper way that is revealing. Thanks so much for this ride and I know it’s only just begun.
Oh, snowshoeing is quite the contrast program... (while we're off to 'sandwalking' on the Atlantic shore) It takes me back to living in the Swiss Alps, where we were snowed under from October until March...
Luckily, the Concilium Sessions will be time independent, and the applications, of course, depend on the applicants 😉
In the meantime, Happy snowshoeing in the Canadian Winter! Keep warm ❤️🔥
Wow Veronika, so much resonates and so much I need to revisit. For now:
“In the growing process of any living creature, you cannot skip developmental stages. Humans have a knack for trying to do so, attempting to enhance and accelerate certain gifts, while other aspects of their organism invariably suffer.”
And here lies the need to accept all of our emotions as an expression of self-love — to alleviate the suffering of trapped energy. The 'five vibrations of IHC and our immature inner creatures' — thank you for highlighting that this requires the harnessing of 'potential', in our efforts to recover — and heal — one 'fractal' at a time.
“ ... human Consciousness also has the ability to experience itself from the outside (ektoperience) and the inside (endoperience).”
Indeed, we are a soul observing our human experience. 🙏 💜
Thank you Veronika, you are weaving your wisdom for the expansion of our — humanities — consciousness, Thank you for your work. So very grateful. 💚

Thank you so very much for your resonance and feedback, which is also an essential and nourishing piece towards continuing to find my way forward on this journey! 🙏 💜
Because we are not as separate as we might think. Each of us a fractal of collective human Consciousness (CHC)
On a different note::: Jamie Millard responded positively to the suggestion of following this series of chapters up with a practical session (or several?).
Have you seen the so-called 'Café Sessions' I inserted at the end of the previous parts of this book? I experimented with those to open up this space a bit to 'behind the scenes conversations' while also creating some breathing space between chapters, brimming with a lot of new information...
So for next Saturday I'm planning a collective 'Concilium Session' on a virtual Portuguese beach ˚˖𓍢ִִ໋🌊🦈˚˖𓍢ִ✧˚ There is no specific time commitment involved. xxx
Hi Veronika, yes, we are all connected and your point about how our comments ‘nourish … a journey’, that certainly resonates. 🙏💜. Re cafe sessions, l popped back in, and yes l had previously printed out your ‘Trail’ questions. I am interested in your virtual ‘Concilium Session’. 😊🙏
Bravo and what a magnificent offering to humanity. Are you considering offering this in book-form? There is so much wisdom here, I find myself longing to highlight, dog-ear and make notes in the margins.:)
And this really spoke to me. A subtle yet CRUCIAL distinction.
“You must not approach these immature inner creatures with any preconception of their evolution, or of a final outcome. At any present constellation of Consciousness we cannot possibly know what the understanding in the next one will be. Here we are called to practice the all-important sense of unknowing.”
